I THINK ITS TIME TO CALL IT QUITS

I THINK I AM ALL SET TO MOVE ON! Yeah, that's it!

I want to post in this blog for a while longer but I think I need to change it. I'm going to have twenty-nine months for a little longer than twenty-nine months. As slow as I am, it'll take until I am retired from my job to have my dream business up and running any way.

CRAP! Let me just say that one more time.

I want you to know what I'll be doing for the next six or seven or whatever years. I'll be listening to the employees. I'll be training them and communicating with them as well, however I will be listening to them.

I find what they say to be very interesting. Today I had one employee speak to one supervisor and then to me for over a half hour before she went back to work. But it was only after she told me that there were "many many kinds of people". I said, "there sure are!" and she said, "just around here!" Well okay, I was thinking more globally.

Then another employee called me and told me that he was being "moved" back to his position under me. Well how fricking neat is that? No, it's more than that. He managed to fuss about another of my staff while he was on the phone with me. Hello? Who does he think he is? And why do I have to speak with him on the phone? Amazing! That guy's also the one that thinks he has a lot of comedy material right before him - in the workplace. So I said to myself, I said, self, go ahead and keep a little journal in cognito....and self agreed and it was done.

So if you come upon this rant, please understand that money only makes me so happy. It's good for money things. But sometimes venting about one's environment can cause laughter! Sheer wonderful laughter!
